Big Bad Breakfast - Spring Hill

i came here on a trip with my boyfriend, and we were recommended to eat here by a really good friend who’s a local. this food was so amazingly good, i got the cathead chicken biscuit and i loved every part of that experience. my boyfriend got the french toast and tore it up! 10/10 would eat here again! our waitress Kristy was really cool too. really attentive and extremely nice! she is very much appreciated and we’re definitely coming back.

The food was good. We both got a skillet. Her’s was more of the healthy one while I had all the meats and potatoes. We also shared a order of French toast. As soon as she got ready to seat us, I assume the manager came up and started telling the hostess what she wanted her to do, showing her things to start doing. This probably took a minute but the fact that we sat right next to where she was standing, next time wait till she seats the customers before you start telling employees what to do. Left the customers just standing next to people who were eating and wondering why were standing next to them.

So very glad to have this place in Spring Hill. The Louisiana inspired food was all delicious. We sampled their breakfast skillets, each with a biscuit that was surprisingly heavy to lift for how flaky and fluffy it was. Only managed to get a picture of the brulee'd grapefruit because everything else got eaten so quickly. Also enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice and a Vietnamese style cold brew that was as smooth and as sweet as our server Jesse's drawl.

oh wow. How AWESOME is Jesse and BBB! talk about the quintessential Southern experience with a huge helping of Southern charm! My Shrimp and Grits was better than a high priced restaurant I recently visited and Jesse was just a joy from the moment I arrived. Attentive, responsive and adorable. Come to BBB and see Jesse as soon as you can!

My first time ever eating at a Big Bad Breakfast. As I was walking up to the door the hostess Maggie came outside to greet me. I never had that experience before and it was so wonderful. I felt welcomed here at this restaurant. My waitress Lonetria was so nice and was quick to get my order in. I will definitely be back here in the near future to order more breakfast foods. Such friendly people here. You won’t be disappointed.
