Sushi Max

The service was great ,portion size and presentation were above par . The freshness ,on the other hand simply wasn't there. Understandably we are not on the ocean and frozen food is nowhere near the same . But would eat there again .

Great sushi. Quite pricy. Was told at 1:30 that we couldn't eat because they were closed. Their sign said 2 pm. Others was eating when we were told they were closed. Not great customer service.

We've eaten here many times over the years, as a couple, in small groups, large groups and even take home. It has always been a delightfully delicious meal served with impeccable care! You'll not meet two nicer people, anywhere. The sushi is Mah sit SSo Yo!!! We call in advance if we have a medium or large group, that's just respect and good manners! This is a "custom, personally hand crafted meal"... not to be hurried. It is most excellent!!!

This place makes some of the best Sushi I've eaten in my life. Considering I've worked for a Japanese company and eaten at some of the very best restaurants with my Japanese coworkers, I feel qualified to comment. SushiMax makes unbelievably good Sushi for the price and location. It's run by a very sweet Japanese couple who take pride in the food they serve and service they provide. I send everyone I know who likes sushi here and recommend without hesitation.
