Voodoo Smokehouse

First time was pretty good. Considering that there was a solo cook we got our food pretty quickly. Everything had been smoked for sure! All the meat was really good. The beans were a bit on the very spicy side so we couldn't eat much of them. It was all very good--pork, chicken, wings and sausage.

We love Voodoo! The owner recommended the nachos and they did not disappoint. Crispy tater tot‘s on bottom with amazing barbecue on top, cheese, sour cream, chives, they were delicious! We also ordered the black beans and rice and sweet potato fries. The black bean recipe came from a grandmother in Cuba. He had her beans at a restaurant and she gladly gave him the recipe. He still uses it to this day. Spicy with a lot of flavor and great heat. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The owner and executive chef has traveled the world and he has lived in a lot of different places. Once he opens up to you, his life is fascinating. Ask him about when he was in the police department. This barbecue is not traditional southern barbecue, this is Caribbean barbecue. Delicious, different, and we will be back!

EXCELLENT BBQ! First time here and had the pulled pork which should be the measure of any good BBQ joint. Voodoo's did not disappoint. Proper proportion of smokey flavor and sweet sauce topped with delicious pickles. can't wait to come back for the ribs. friendly staff too!

Really good food. Loved the dry rub on the wings and the pulled pork. Coleslaw was an unexpected hit with our family. Interesting taste that went well with the meats. My new favorite barbecue joint.

Fantastic food and awesome staff! We rolled in with 12 folks and they knocked out the orders in no time. All the great reviews out there are the real deal! Drunken Porker was DELICIOUS!! Sweet potato fries are well seasoned. Loved it all!
