I have never been a fan of Chuck-E-Cheese, when I was a kid or taking my kid now.. This is definitely the cleanest nicest Chuck-E-Cheese I have ever been in.
Lord knows my Grand childen love this place. Games galore and they like the pizza. I stay with them and remain watchful but feel that they are in a secure environment. Never experienced any problems here. Employees keep an eye on the children and they follow company protocol to the letter.
The staff and food here are fine, not the greatest but not bad. At the end of the day it's meant for kids to have fun here, which they generally do. The 3 stars it's because of their new game card system, for a household of four, 2 adults and 2 children, we used to be fine with spending about $70 games and food, now it's about $90. They're raising the cost without really improving the quality of food or experience. For that kind of money, I rather take my kids to Dave and Busters and have some fun myself as well. I don't think we'll be visiting Chuck E. Cheese's anymore.
Had a great experience being here for our child birthday they took care of everything and you had someone helping you at all times with your party. Really impressed. Will definitely have more Birthday parties for my kids here. Great job.
Play chips run out pretty quick. Tanya did a great job. They take too much time in between structured activities. They need to do things pretty quickly to capture the attention of the kids. But it was a great party. Pizza is not bad.
