“I try to stop here on my way to work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week. At least twice a week they are out of something (example: croissant, egg, whipped cream, caramel, large cups, topping for drinks, etc...) I haven't had much of an issue with service but it's frustrating when I love getting my Dunkin' coffee and they are always out of something so I have to settle. Please get your ordering together so people can get what they actually want.”

“my wife and I have been here a couple of times and the food is always really really good but in all honesty it seems like it takes the staff several attempts sometimes to get the order correct. The last time that we went there it literally took somewhere in the proximity of about 45 minutes before my wife got all of her food and correctly done. “What can you say when you're donut matches your service and your service is heaven. You say it's the best donut place in Lebanon that's what you say. To be honest I haven't had a donut that good since my mama made them when I was younger and the apple fritters are the only ones I will eat ever. Not a single crumb in my house goes to waste it is well worth the money which isn't a lot. The people are sweet the children are extremely well behaved in there from start to finish it is a plus all around. The folks in there are humble and care about what they are giving out. “This is the first time probably in my entire life I have visited a McDonald's and had no complaints. The burger was hot, freshly cooked and the guy at the counter was very courteous and polite. I didn't catch his name but I let him know before I left that I did their survey and let them know service was great. Then while we were eating I said, "wow look at this place it's changed", my gf hadn't noticed either, very modern looking and comfortable. I told her if that's not the best burger I have ever ate in my life it's definitely the best McDonald's burger I've ever had in 35 years. You know what it was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life over all other fine dining and fast food. I'm amazed over and over again how McDonald's grows. This visit was an experience I'll never forget.”
