“My friend had been telling me about this place that makes great burgers in Lebanon Tennessee for a long time and then one day I found myself lost in Lebanon Tennessee and I saw this place and it all clicked. Good thing I remembered because this place is fantastic. A little pricey but the quality is so good you won't mind it. My burger was exactly how I would ask for a burger to be made mochi Grill flavored big and high quality beef. The french fries were amazing in fact everything we had was exactly how you want a burger place to be. Lebanon is lucky to have this little hole in the wall Peter. The people are nice and the deserts look really terrific. I can't wait to go back and try some of the desserts. I must place visit if you're in Lebanon Tennessee.”

“I visited this establishment twice over six weeks, and must say this is a triumphant restaurant. The bartender, Kyle, is a refreshing and skilled talent. You should be so lucky to be served by him. I highly recommend the Loaded Meatloaf with Horsey Bacon Mac on top. Wine and bourbon selection is not bottom tier and gracious in quality without breaking the bank for a restaurant of this caliber. “The food is good and it’s the owners recipes so A+ for that. The wait staff (being one that used to work there) is ill trained. They bring you in and give you a menu and tell you to memorize it and on the computer to put in an order you’re really on your own. If you have a problem you have to flag somebody down that has been there longer than you or just put it in wrong because no one took the time to legitimately train you. Which is why most people get poor service especially when it’s busy. Because they seriously have no idea what to do. They throw you in and hope you can catch on by yourself. Which is why food ends up wrong. But they get mad when you’re having trouble which is on them in the first place. But the food is good.”

However, when it’s 92 degrees outside and someone pays $10 for lunch plus a drink.... you should probably tell them before they pay you that you don’t have any ice to offer with the hot sweet tea since the soda fountain is broken. “This is the first time probably in my entire life I have visited a McDonald's and had no complaints. The burger was hot, freshly cooked and the guy at the counter was very courteous and polite. I didn't catch his name but I let him know before I left that I did their survey and let them know service was great. Then while we were eating I said, "wow look at this place it's changed", my gf hadn't noticed either, very modern looking and comfortable. I told her if that's not the best burger I have ever ate in my life it's definitely the best McDonald's burger I've ever had in 35 years. You know what it was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life over all other fine dining and fast food. I'm amazed over and over again how McDonald's grows. This visit was an experience I'll never forget.”

“One of my favorite places for a quick lunch! The unwhich is healthy and very filling! Today, I went thru the drive thru and when I arrived at work with my purchase I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. When I called, they put a manager on the phone right away and corrected my order and had it delivered within 15 minutes and even put a cookie in my bag! The delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. This goes WAY above and beyond what most "fast food" places would do for their customer!”

My only complaint would be they tend to serve the drive-thru first thus leaving the dine-in customers sitting around for a bit. But in my opinion it's worth the wait. We will definitely come back.”
