I am a graduate student in the area, and if you're looking for a fun place to have a party or get together, no matter the occasion, Level Up is the place to go. The arcade games are great, and the live music or karaoke that they host really adds another level of fun. The food is good, and the prices are fair. Most importantly, the staff is SO friendly and accommodating. My grad program held our end of semester social here and we could not have asked for a more fun evening!”

“April 2022 Update: I went for Karaoke night on a Friday and it was really fun! The owners are completely engaged in the customer experience so it made everything worth while. Very nice establishment! The owners are very attentive and helpful. The staff was fun and made sure we had a great time! We came too late for the food but we heard it was great so we will definitely be back. Their corkage fee is pretty reasonable so that’s a plus! The hookah had a great flavor and our drinks were good! I recently reserved a table for a birthday dinner for my boyfriend this past Sunday and I have to tell you this is the best customer service I have ever gotten in a restaurant. The day I reserved they were so friendly and professional on the phone and they followed with me day of via text. They made the reservation easy and they accommodated to our needs. “Wow! Pizza is probably the best I have ever had, drinks were awesome but the thing that stood out to me and my wife was the General Manager Brett Davis. It was the first time here, he explained the menu, how to order, and then while waiting for the food, he gave us a tour of the downstairs bar. We even got a history lesson about the building and Goodfellas. He was personable and genuine. My wife and I go out to eat all the time since we retired and have never had an interaction with a manager like this. It was amazing! We thought he was the owner and was kind of shocked to find out he was just a Manager as he talked about Goodfellas with such passion and pride. He made the experience and of course having the best pizza in Chattanooga didn’t hurt either! I highly recommend this place and and we will definitely be regulars from here on out! I hope this gets back to your corporate office! Brett deserves the recognition!! Five stars!”

When we told him it was our first time, he made recommendations. Shared his favorites. Gabe us ideas and was all around awesome. Ask for him to be your server. He should be your trainer. He offered us upsells and additional items without coming off as pushy. Thats a fine line in restaurants/bars. Told us great anecdotes about Peyton and the grand opening. Just amazing. “Really liked this place. Laid back but had a nice cigar selection and bar. Big comfy chairs. It was nice and cool and relaxing after a long walk to get there. It's nice it's not right in downtown Nashville but it does take a little longer to get there. Response to Owner: Oh - you are so right. My comment was misleading...we walked 1/2 mile to get there in 85% humidity on about 90 degree day - it just seemed like far because it was so hot and didn't know what to expect. We will be back! Service and selection was excellent.”

“Amazing spot; I visited Nashville about a year ago with some friends from college, and quickly became frustrated with how formuleic and overly-commercialized the city's music had become (hearing Country Roads and Old Town Road blasting from party busses for the hundredth time). We heard good things about Rudy's from a local, and weren't disappointed when we went to check it out! The atmosphere is amazing, the musicianship is phenomenal (you can hear the musicians' unique styles/influences and how they play off each other), and it's super easy to just get lost in the music. Oh, and the people are super nice! We started up a casual chat with a couple of strangers between sets, and the waitress told us my friend's coffee was on the house when we asked how much it'd be! This spot is the real deal, and you can tell people who work there really care about the place. I'd recommend it to anyone passing through, and hope you guys can open back up soon!”

“I came here with my dad for a father/daughter date. He had said this place was rated as having a great ambiance, or gave me another option that was supposed to have good drinks. I chose this place and was so glad I did, because they have both! On Jessica's recommendation, we tried the Cholo Love and the Sleeveless. Both were so good that we ended up ordering two more each, and bringing the rest of the family back later in the week. The Therapy Tiger and Handsome Devil were also A+. Two other gentleman (I believe Brad, and Daniel, the owner) also served/hung out with us for a bit and it was just the best time! I also have to mention that I found the drink prices fantastic for the quality. I easily pay $12-$16 for similar drinks at upscale bars. I don't live in Memphis but I'll definitely be back whenever I visit.”
