“Had great parking, didn't have to wait in line, attendant walked me thru the process as I was not familiar with the routine, drink machine worked great, drink bar area was clean (very rare these days), and had some good seats to choose from - and it was busy during lunch! Waited a reasonable amount of time for my food, it was hot & fresh and very tasty - & 100% correct!! Really enjoyed my dining experience. Stop in and try it.”

She greeted guests at the door, always had a smile, and even made sure we got the discount that the store offers to military, first responders, and teachers, which we had failed to notice. “I’ve had a great experience, except once, every time I’ve gone. Going at lunch isn’t a good idea because there won’t be anywhere to sit... also they only have 2 high chairs/booster seats so you may be out of luck there. The food is really good, I do not like the chicken used in the chicken fried rice dish, but beef fried rice is excellent. I don’t really like the drinks so I’d suggest choosing tea and requesting a lemon... or choose water. There is only one toilet per gender and the women’s bathroom is always clean. There is a back eating area that almost looks like a storage area... you can request to eat back there if you want. It’s quiet and private. The chefs greet certain people who walk in and say goodbye... they’ve never greeted or told me bye... they seem to target certain customers... I tip and pay... but I may not “look” like I need to be greeted to come back ?? Anyway... food is great. Thumbs up!!”

Well, here you go: Fuzzy's is honestly my favorite place to go in Lufkin. Seriously delicious food, exceptional drinks, a great staff with guest service skills to be rivaled, and other patrons who are equally engaged with the fun and down-to-earth atmosphere. “The food was excellent. We both got top sirloin, a chef salad, and fries. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium. My only minor complaint was with our waiter. I think he was new because he delivered the food and asked if we need anything else, to which I replied, "Silverware probably would be helpful." I didn't want to make him feel bad so I said it with a wink and a smile. He also let our iced tea get almost empty so I had to flag him down to request a refill. Other than that, perfection. And reasonably priced! I'd highly recommend this restaurant.”

“We were part of a very big, expected group. Our server evidently did not put in the orders for our table correctly. Food came out piecemeal, cold, and wrong. The shift manager started helping after less than half our meals were served, and brought the wrong stuff. He said, "it didn't show up on the ticket". The other couple at the next table, had a different server and ordered considerably later than we did. They got their whole order at once, hot and fresh. Because we were part of a large group and didn't want the rest to be waiting for us, we mostly let it go. What I did say was met with the excuse that they'd gotten suddenly real busy. Our group had been called in ahead if arrival. I would not stop here again as a choice.”

“I forgot to take something out of the freezer for supper...again. I thought I would swing through the drive thru because it had been a while since I have had one of their baked potatoes. The lady taking the order was very attentive and I didn't have to repeat my order several times. The employee taking the money was extremely friendly. Once I got to the delivery window that lady was friendly as well. To say I had a good experience would be an understatement. Whatever you're doing to keep these employees so happy please keep doing it. Definitely going back.”
