    Awesome Jambalaya and the gumbo is good too.
    Get you a cold beer and some cracklin and you'll be happy. Mr. Ken and son are both kind people. Go check em out and get you a sample.

    The cracklins are amazing, especially on those days he has the soft butter tabasco cracklins. I love the fact that the etouffee is a lot of crawfish with a little bit of sauce vs. most places that are a lot of sauce with a little bit of crawfish.

    I was missing the taste of Louisiana cooking came across this lil red shack. And ewwwweeee
