    Love Lucy's. Just a really good cafe. Kathy takes good care of you and their dessert is the best

    This is my second visit with my daughter who recently moved to Elgin. The cafe style make you feel like your sitting in your own kitchen. The food is good home cooking and it's very freshly made. The service was friendly but not overly friendly. Just a nice visit

    I had a chicken fried steak mashed potatoes but they were loaded like a baked potato very delicious and then I had for my second vegetable I broccoli cheese and rice the food I rate as a 5 star but the service I would write as a 2

    I ordered the cheesy chicken with broccoli and rice casserole, cabbage and mac and cheese. The cheesy chicken was great, it had queso,tomatoes, bacon and green onions on top, oh I loved it so much. The cabbage had a kick to it but it was good and the mac and cheese was great. The only thing that was just okay was the broccoli and rice casserole.
