“Got a medium instead of a large! My first time at this store, I called in and ordered a large 5 topping pizza. When I arrived it was ready, they seemed really busy and the guy at the counter was doing a million things at one time (full of flour so I assume he is also a cook). He was really courteous and I did my best to get out of the way as quick as possible. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong pizza, I got a medium instead of a large!! Although I was a bit upset, the pizza itself made up for it!! Delicious pizza! I really don't go to big chains much except when I'm tired or we are at work and I'm looking to feed the guys at the end of a project. That being said I called the store and I assume the manager answered the phone, she did a great job getting to the bottom of it! She apologized for the mistake and made the situation a whole lot better! Definitely had great customer service, and didn't let a small detail ruin the experience! If I'm ever nearby again and in a rush I will definitely swing by again!”
