“We had a brand new waitress. That can go either way, ours was great! I only mentioned that she was new because it often sets the tone for the service. We had tavern burgers & bottomless sides. The refills were a little slow at first, & hardly worthy of a full portion, but it got better! My burger was plain & dry, but i was starved- when I finally came up for air, (almost halfway through the burger) I looked at my daughters burger so juicy & fresh looking & realized they screwed mine up! The manager came out with a fresh new burger the way i ordered it. All was great after that. The only problem I couldn't fix was how frigid cold it was in there! Definitely take a sweater!”

“The server was friendly and even told us that we could sample the different sauces, I'm not sure he knew what he was getting into by telling us that. We tried about half the sauces on the menu since none of us had ever been before. The food was great and so were the drinks. It was a little loud but we were able to sit in a different area that was a little bit farther away from the noise. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the mood for some wings.”

“This is my second visit to this location and I am happy to say it was better than my first experience. The first time my husband went to get take out but it was new years eve the year before and it took them over an hour waiting just tp get the food. This experience was dining in and everyone was so friendly and the food was hot and was only a short wait time. I am so glad I gave them another chance it was a good lunch!!”

“I'm always greeted like a friend when I walk in. The sandwiches are awesome and not expensive compared to the amount of ingredients on the sandwiches. Most sub places you end up with a nothing but bread at the end with nothing left on the bread. At Firehouse the bread is full from end to end. I only get sub sandwiches from Firehouse, freshness guaranteed!”

“I love the nachos, but don't rush the grill low and slow... It's ok to cook the the white meat slightly crunchy and the dark meat nice and crunchy... There are plenty to moist ingredients in a burrito to rehydrate. I would much rather have over done than chewy chicken. I have better places to hang out than the bathroom... Everything else was nice but if you chicken don't look right I'll stick with veggies...”

“I had a taste for Senegalese food (it's very tasty and flavored well) so I stopped by. It was my first time at the Sunugal African Restaurant. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the owner. His mom was preparing the dishes at the back. The smell was amazing. There was very nice Senegalese music playing in the background and the restaurant had a happy atmosphere. I ordered the Jolof rice with fish and beef patties. I had no idea the portion sizes were so large. The quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Everything was extremely good and I will be back. The Senegalese prepare all of their dishes from fresh and wholesome ingredients and they are great cooks. Sunugal doesn't disappoint.”

What I saw I know was more against lazy customers not cleaning up after themselves before leaving, but the lack of effort towards cleaning up afterwards shows a lack of effort towards the image of the restaurant by management.
