“Everything was fried perfectly! The catfish was some of the best I've had in the area. The shrimp and hushpuppies were also really good. The seasoning comes through with every bite. The fries could've used some salt. You get a large portion for the amount you pay, which is hard to come by in its economy at times. The only thing missing was some bread. “We absolutely love this place. The folks are real nice and once you have been a couple times they know you well. The prices for delivery are a little steep but if you've ever tried to make a fast delivery of hot food in killeen you'd charge well for it as well haha! The portions are huge and the hot and sour soup is delicious (unlike other places that is bland and unseasoned) what else can I say...I was surprised this place has such a low star rating! The only "negative" thing I can say is they need a bit more veggies with their rice noodle dishes but that's it! Actually about to order now 😍”

“Went here yesterday with a group of coworkers and we had a fantastic meal together. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! They gave us some samples of the menu items they cook in store and they were all left me wanting more. The process of ordering and cooking your food is a little awkward if you don't know what you're doing, but with help and clear instructions, you get the hang of it pretty quickly. The only thing I'd recommend to the owners would be to place the utensils and a small trash can at each cooking station rather than at one. A small thing, but easily fixable to help the experience flow better.”

“If you like egg rolls this is a good place to go to get your egg roll fix on. It's not a standing building but a food trailer located in the food truck park on south fort hood street. I tried the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and fried rice for the main course and topped off the meal with cheesecake egg rolls for dessert. The fried rice was good and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls were good, but my favorite was the cheesecake egg rolls. My favorite on the menu so far. So if you need a quick bite to eat and love egg rolls give them a try, they have plenty of items to choose from on their menu. I recommend that you give them a try.🤩”
