“This was my first time to this particular Jim's. There was a 20 minute wait to get a table but it's worth the wait. The wait staff is excellent, they made us feel right at home and the food was just as delicious as it ever was. I have been eating at Jim's restaurants for 45 years and the experience I had today was just as good as any other that I have had over the years. Recommended.”

“I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a fair priced Hibachi dinner. The chef was funny, the food was very good, and I walked out of there feeling very full. I would only have knocked the score down by half a point if that was an option... the food was good, but I think the shrimp and steak portions were slightly on the light side. The soup, salad, rice and veggies ensure that you won't go hungry. I will definitely go back regularly.”

“As a San Antonio transplant from NJ, I was pleasantly surprised. I spent my childhood in NY and my teenage and college years in NJ, so I’ve eaten my fair share of pizza, both good and bad. Is this comparable to the best pizza I’ve ever had in NY? No, but it’s a solid example of NY style pizza that one would expect from any decent pizzeria in the NY/NJ area. I love Texas and would never go back to NJ, but sometimes you just need a good slice of pizza. Now to find a decent bagel...”

“Treating customers like family is the only sure way to stay steady in sales and insure the survival of the business. Business I've been to that had the worst customer service you could ever imagine didn't last too long. Any employee who threatens a customer by saying they'll call the cops should be terminated along with the person that hired them. Read the comments below though they are from a few months ago I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I hope that disgruntled employee doesn't work there anymore, food here is fantastic and place is always clean both inside and outside. Maybe a chime sound when the door opens to prevent future customers from waiting? Gotta hustle, gotta think ahead gotta make it an enjoyable experience for the customers. Don't cut hours to save store cost at the same time sacrificing the quality of customer service. Nobody likes waiting, I was impressed by this location compared to the others which are still great but this location is my number one pick. Don't mind driving that extra mile for great food”
