Amazing and friendly folks. It's always a great experience to just drop by and unwind. I tried their energy teas, and let me tell you all day healthy energy without the crash! Also got to try their protein waffles (available on sundays) made to order custom with what you like. One word... DELICIOUS. If you haven't stopped by yet and said hello, you need to. Amazing people, family vibes and amazing healthy coffees and tea. In world so addicted to fast food and sugar drinks from Starbucks this is a healthy and delicious choice that will leave you so much better off.

Also I saw the owner helping a customer with jump starting their vehicle. This shows unbelievable love and compassion that tbh I don’t see in this world anymore. Does anybody really believe some franchise coffee shop would care enough to make sure you are able to get home safe and get on their knees to help fix your car. Not saying to come here for car repairs lol I’m saying this place and owner deserves a chance and you should give it.

Forum nutrition is so welcoming and kind. I was one of their first customers and they care so much about us (customers) I am currently pregnant and breastfeeding so they accommodated and came up with a drink specifically for me. It’s now on their menu and all pregnant mamas can enjoy their drink without having to worry about all the caffeine and their shakes are great too not chalky very flavorful. Plus they randomly have protein balls yum yum yum and protein donuts delicious also. Definitely give them a try!
