First I was very concerned about the wait time coz I only had 30min lunch break. A group of 8 sat down before me, the owner lady was super nice and took my order right away and said they would make mine first very quick before the big group. It really came out super super fast, barely 5-6min. It was also very well packed, the noodles and broth were packed separately. Good service, good food!
While this place has still not fully opened up and are missing parts of their menu, I must say that the experience was still excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and very eager to help a newcomer like me decide what would be best to get and the food was extremely tasty. I would highly advise any newcomer, to this menu, to talk about it with their staff in order to have the best dining experience possible. I would tell people though to be very wary about just how hot, temperature wise, the food comes out. It is deceptively hot and can easily burn anyone's mouth.
Noodle was so delicious! If you want to try something real spicy, here is the place! I ordered Szechuan hot and spicy broth with beef stew, amazing! If you are not sure how spicy you can handle, I would recommend go with half first. Many reviews complained about the wait time, here is what I had. It was Saturday evening and store was packed, with 3 big groups over 5 people. We did wait about half an hour for our order with probably over 15 bowls ahead of us, I think that was reasonable and understandable, with short staff everywhere, we should appreciate those small businesses which are still open and serve us! Will definitely come back, but maybe on a less busier weekdays would be better.
