Sumo Japanese Steakhouse

Very expensive. Mostly pay for experience which is actually quite fun. Food is good too. I'd give it more stars if it were more reasonably priced.

We went to Sumo to celebrate a birthday and everyone had a great time. Our chef Chris was hilarious, plus he can cook up some delicious food. We will definitely be back.

This was our most enjoyable dining experience to date! Tommy was our chef the evening of 1-19-19. He had our table laughing hysterically the whole time. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were more than filling and our drinks never dried up. You need to try this place!!

Tommy was an amazing hibachi chef. Very entertaining, we haven't seen new material in years and we've been to steak houses all over the U.S. and it was refreshing. Yummy sauce was just that and a nice change from the horse radish- mustard they serve on the side everywhere else in Texas. Price seemed on the high side but was inclusive of extras like fried rice and there were sake shots aplenty! If you're reading this trying to decide, just do it. Everything is perfect and the atmosphere is live.
