The best combination of foods! My husband isn't huge into sushi but he loved it. The flavors are BOMB! And you can't find food like this anywhere else. We got the Annie Oakley, the Gun Smoke, and the Wyatt Earp (all rolls). Honestly I can't pick a favorite because it was all so so good! The ambience was fun, too. Just a great, unique place with some of the best food I've ever had and I hope they stay!
The food is great, and the atmosphere is different in a good way. The need help in the staff area. The wait staff doesn't seem to know anything about what they are serving. The manager is often in the back of the restaurant. People are left waiting at the front door. They need someone who knows food and service get them into shape
Loved the Japanese Hang 'Em High movie poster! The Roy Rogers and John Wayne speciality plates were very good. Good prices, too. Country vibe is fun. A+
This place is great! The bar is huge and fully stocked... then the food... this chef has hit it out of the park with creativity AND FLAVOR! I definitely suggest to try the “cowboy sushi”. My wife and I shared the John Wayne and it was amazing. Marinated flank steak in a sushi roll topped with strawberries. The flavor combination is spot on. It was savory, spicey and a hint of tart sweet flavors. This is going to be a hot spot with dancing next door!
Check this place out before it gets way too crowded!
Unique concept for a sushi restaurant. If you got someone with you who is not a sushi eater or never tried it before the nontraditional Western concepts maybe good for them and you can still have your own traditional sushi rolls. Unique items like the Fried Dill Pickle Roll (pictured) with pimento cheese and dill pickle inside is a very unique starter, but really good if you like fried pickles. The Annie Oakley Roll is a good roll with spicy tuna. And you'll find desserts here unlike other sushi places. The Cinnamon bread pudding was huge and very good.
