Delicious! A hidden gem.Very inexpensive. 8.99 for a plate with entree and three sides. It was my first time here so I tried the turkey, cabbage, greens and mac and cheese. Everything was great! I will definitely go back.
Hidden gem that should be the Graceland for soul food lovers. Selections were smothered pork chops, beef tips, fried chicken, barbeque sausage.. went with the pork chops and cabbage, mashed potatoes and green beans...so good!
Teresa and the crew have stepped it up since my last visit several months ago. I don’t taste a high level of salt like I did on my first few visits, yet still nicely seasoned and savory, especially the vegetables. A good price for down home southern meals. Check it out. I will be visiting more often. Love it!
Not only is the food superb so is the customer service. There is always a great variety of food to choose from for all taste buds. The servers go above and beyond to make sure that your visit is an awesome experience. I highly recommend Ollie's country kitchen for good homestyle cooking.
I forgot to take before pictures, and my after pictures are shameful! I have no complaints about the food, atmosphere, even the service. I had the smothered pork chops and cabbage, and it was excellent. Listen, they really know how to feed people. You're going to get more than you can eat. If you grew up in the country, you know what I mean! The sweet tea...good old swamp water. Please go. You will feel like family. Ask for the oxtails if you like em. I highly recommend Ollie Ruth's.
