Sonic Drive-In

Sonic is always a hit with me. I give this location only 3 stars because it advertises it is open at 6am. I have been working in the area for over 2 years now and have NEVER seen it open at 6am. Just like now, I am here and it is 6:37am and there is no sign of anyone inside. I love stopping for breakfast but I cannot depend on this location being open. I always have to resort to another restaurant for breakfast. So sad.

Got the hot chocolate ice cream Sunday with pecans. Tasted really good. The service ice was pretty fast and server was very considerate.

Quick service, beware of traffic during the hours or two to five as they block you from entering. Other than that I always ask for tea and the tea is fresh. No complaints

But it's how you choose to rectify those mistakes that matter most. Well a mistake was made on my order I placed in drive-thru. Once home I noticed it, called and talked to the evening manager Chris. He quickly apologized and was extremely eager to correct the order. I explained how I couldn't come back that night. So he began Informing me he would be working the next day and that he would take care of it. I came to the restaurant the next day and talk about above and beyond service! They rocked my order out everything hot, tasty and fresh. This excellent service makes Chris my MVP

Service was great, staff was friendly, food was warm, we didn't need to ask for anything extra like napkins or ketchup everything was already in the bag. The only thing that I wish they had was a restroom. From where we looked, we couldn't tell there was one. I'm used to going to the ones in New Mexico that had restrooms available. The other issue was the person taking the order had an echo and a bit hard to understand. Overall it was a good visit.
