I went to Fleming's last night to celebrate my birthday. The customer service was impeccable. The manager Daniel Pedrotti, the server Steven B, and the rest of the staff were very personable. They made my dining experience pleasurable and welcoming. I do plan to go back.
My babe and I went during the last hour of happy hour. We went in and the bar was full so we were going to leave. But as we walked out the manager, Daniel stopped us and asked if we knew about the patio. I’m so glad he asked because we wound up with the patio all to ourselves. It was small but cozy and nice. He came out turned the heaters on and got everything set up for us. Talk about great service!! Our waitress was great and polite and the food and drinks on the happy hour menu were awesome and reasonably priced! This was our first time and we be back for sure!
Very good bone in rib eye and the side dish selection is great. The service was great and very professional. I am not one to generally eat at steakhouses as I feel like I can make a better steak at home, but I have to say the steak was very good. Better than a Ruth's Chris or Mortons if you ask me. Parking is a bit rough, but the valet is complimentary.
Our waiter was great! I wish I could remember his name. Two petite filets were ordered...one rare and one medium rare. The rare one was perfect, but mine was burned black on the outside and medium well on the inside...and tough. We don't send food back...ever! We just learn. I mean, unless we eat together, what is the point? Sorry Fleming's. You didn't meet the standard of the price you charged. Lobster bisque was heavenly...shrimp cocktail just okay. Asparagus was very good, but really should be served without the woody ends. Wedge salad was excessive...the appeared to be a whole head not a wedge. Too much on the plate upon which it was served.
Potentially the best meal I’ve ever had. My partner and I dined here last night and had a great experience. Our server Micah was very helpful and timely, and the food was just amazing. We splurged for a seafood tower and were not disappointed. The wine and cocktails were fantastic and the general ambiance of the place was lovely.
