Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood

The food was very good. The cocktails are strong, but good. I would highly recommend the Mac and Cheese as a side. The French onion soup was good, but I don’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t enjoy a lot of cheese. The Creme Brûlée was good, but not outstanding. Just kinda plain. This would have been a five star experience, but the service brought it down. The service would have been great, had I not heard our server’s interactions with his other tables. He provided much more detail and tried to sell a lot more to the other tables. He was much descriptive about the more expensive off menu items with the other tables. He also tried to sell more sides to them. He also offered to bring the meat cart out for people that had already been there. But he didn’t do so for us. My only thought as to why he didn’t is because my friend and I are in our 20’s. So I assume he thought we wouldn’t be big spenders. This is unfortunate, but the experience was still really good.

If you have the money and want a really great steak, you have to go to Bohanan's. One side dish I tried and did not think I would like was the Truffle Steak Fries cooked in duck fat. Dang! Best fried potato ever. Trust me, they are worth the money.

Had a fabulous steak dinner. Drinks and food were beyond delicious! The staff was very attentive to our needs. The building and decor were warm and inviting. We sat upstairs at a window table and all was beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed it and will return if we get the chance.

You must wear stretchy pants to have dinner here! It is amazing and they were serving our party of 60 +. They did a fantastic job of getting the steaks out at the perfect temperature, and all of the sides were phenomenal! I had an extremely had time just making it through my steak and asparagus, the mashed potatoes were good, but one only has so much room! We had a dark chocolate brownie with a Dutch cocoa ice cream. I am so glad we walked to and from the Rivercenter Marriott. It is a lovely stroll!

This is my place for business lunches! Menu is exceptionally crafted and everything is great and reasonably priced. Did I mention that the soup of the day is always different? They make the best soups ever. You can also call ahead and request them to make the one that you would like. I was a weekly lunch customer when I worked right around the corner but still try to have lunch here whenever I can. Love the atmosphere during lunch. Great place to get away and have a conversation when needed. Servers are always amazing and you never wait for a single thing.
