Wish I had taken photos because the food was wonderful as it looked! I’ve been meaning to write a review since my husband went back in December. Our waiter (I believe his name was Steve) was top notch, I have never had such amazing service. He recommended all of our dishes based off of preference and gave us a forewarning that This was not your normal Americanized Chinese food. Everything was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend the steam buns and the session szechuan chicken.
This place is awesome. The best Chinese Food i have ever eaten. The price per portion is the best. I had to thank our server for explaining what the menu items were. He also said this was authentic Chinese Foods. I believe it now. I want to go back a soon as possible.
Li's was one of our go-to Chinese restaurants for quite some time. Dinner tonight was the first time we've been back since they changed management. Our favorite string beans was still pretty good, though slightly salty. My husband ordered the chicken and shrimp lo mein and it was pretty tasty. The eggplant is also a favorite we used to order. Today was not good at all, very greasy and sour. We told the waiter and he didn't charge us. They're training a new chef which explains why the food is on the more salty side. Hope it gets better.
The food was excellent ... Large shareable portions ... The friendly staff even stopped us from over ordering ... tried to anyway ... Still have a full TO GO bag for later ????
Then the bill ... Reasonable prices for the amount of food ... But handing me a credit card machine with tip selection buttons that start at 17.5% ... With the option to enter a different amount of course ... But that just rubbed me the wrong way for some reason.
The wonton soup and the spicy chicken Ramon noodle soup were just what the doctor ordered and delicious. The beef taco was interesting ... Wrapped in an almost sweet bread like tortilla ... All in all an enjoyable experience.
