Great place to bring kids! All the staff are dressed up and characters and they do the most goofy things! I asked for water and they brought me a whole pitcher! It’s like being seated at the table of the mad hatter! It was so much fun!

The food is mediocre but the experience is always great. The kids LOVE IT. All ages. Never a complaint. The kids have their favorite characters but I enjoy the surprise of walking in and getting who ever is available. The colored fizzy drink is always a hit. Just about every time I go the waiter or waitress gives a complimentary dessert. Great hospitality. Overall wonderful experience.

It was a great first time experience. Our kids loved it. Kids menu consists of about 6 items all priced $8.99 each. 2 of my kids ordered cheese pizza, and my other ordered chicken strips. They were exactly what you would expect, and the all came with fries. I ordered the NY strip medium rare. It was really delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the fried catfish and shrimp. It wasn't anything spectacular, but she did like it. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend this restaurant for everyone to try at least once.

Had to omit one star just because the experience was not quite phenomenal. Very unique experience though overall. Waitstaff all were dressed as a character, and they kept within character as they served. Unique drinks for kids and adults, which bubble like a potion. The food itself I would rate as above average. Large portions which contribute to a bit of a higher price. And paying for the experience too. For a family of four we paid about $80 with tip. Also, they do a military discount, so anyone looking for a unique after-Basic weekend place to go, would recommend. (Although keep in mind the target age range.)
