This is by far the best Barbecue on the Planet! I ate so much brisket it isn’t funny. Their ribs, sausage and turkey is great too. Make sure when you are ordering to to them how you want your brisket(Moist Or normal). Seriously, one of the best places I have been to!

I'm a Chef from Michigan down for the graduation at Lackland AFB. Rudy's was recommended by multiple locals I spoke with. Damn good BBQ with a smoke shack atmosphere. The signature sauce is some of the best Texas BBQ I've tried while in the area. Recommend this place for anyone looking for some authentic local flavors.

Was recommended by a family member and we were very satisfied. Being new to Texas this was a great experience. Only thing I would recommend is for employees to make sure the garbages are getting emptied. Other than that I would recommend. Friendly staff, fast service, Good food.

The country atmosphere and rich smoked meat smell we experienced walking through the back door fooled us into thinking we were in for a treat. We ordered brisket, chicken, turkey, cream corn and potato salad. The Turkey was good, the brisket lacked flavor, and nobody at the table cared for the chicken. The sides were both very good. This was our first and last time at the best rated worst bbq joint!

A good place. I loved the small town feel and rustic atmosphere next to the fire pits. It makes for a fun, home town community eating experience. The food was average. It was good, don't get me wrong. I have had better. The potato salad and coleslaw were ok and the the ribs...they weren't "fall off the bone" cooked. Overall, it worth a trip.
