    The manager at this store was soo helpful when I was in a bind. He reminds me of how people are supposed to treat each other not because they have to, but because they have a kind heart. I lost the receipt, but his name started with an A. I had accidentally ordered online to the wrong store and this was the second Subway I had visited to see if they could help. The Subway I was meant to pick up the order from told me there was nothing they could do and suggested buying the sandwiches from another store, find another store who was willing to help, and they told me they could not void the order, so I was essentially just out of luck. I understand their perspective, but I had to get back to a training and I was short on time. Their unwillingness to help was so discouraging and stark reminder of how uncompassionate people can be. This manager helped filled my order without hesitation! This is my Subway from now on, because I know when I go, I will be around people who care for others.

    I give 4 just because it used to be good. They have new employees that need some more effort. My food today cold.

    The two gentlemen on shift were very helpful, respectful and funny. Accommodated all requests in a timely manner while being polite. The only improvements I recognized as a former Subway employee myself, is non of the tables, drink station, prep area was wiped down or floors swept. I don't know who does training, but they are the ones that need retrained, what if health inspector had come in?
