Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I had an awesome experience with the team here at Charley's. The gentleman that helped me John had awesome customer service skills and made my night. I could see that him and the rest of the employees loved their job and the management on duty.

my mother had a great visit yesterday. she didn’t have enough money for her meal and The manager John pulled out his own card from his wallet and paid for her meal. he also took the meal to her seat and served her drink because she’s disable. i just wanted to recognize this young man.

I went yesterday for lunch and the food was fresh. The lobby was very clean and the cashier was friendly. The manager delivered my meal to my table and asked how was my day going. I've never had a outstanding visit like this before and I come at least once a month. The manager made me feel kind a friend and not just a customer! Great job in the change of service!

Mgmt has made changes for the better.

All new staff at the Charley's inside the Walmart at Nacogdoches and 1604. New location. I had the chicken Philly cheese 1/2 sandwich. It had mayo and Swiss it was amazing. $7.49 with fries and a medium drink. Hell yes.
