IHOP

I ordered the soup chicken noodle, and double BLT. I enjoyed it very much we also ordered the spinach vegetable omelette, and it came with pancakes. Our waitress was very good. But she needs to look at the menu a Little Closer. My soup came with my sandwich without an extra charge and she miss that. But when she was made aware of it she did the correction for us. All in all it was a good experience and the food tasted very good.

Service was great and coffee and food delicious. Love the scrambled eggs cooked in butter and the many breakfast choices. This was a special occasion breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We meet at the IHOP at 281 north of Bitters Road they are very kind and courteous to our group and we have the opportunity to have dinner while we meet. the food is delicious and our kids get a chance to visit with other kids while our group meets. the IHOP staff is very kind and courteous.

Fabulous food every time we come here! The grounds, dinning area, and restrooms are always very clean and tidy! We always pickup our order, so I'm not entirely sure how service is, but knowing how awesome they are for us at the to go register in the front, I'd say it's probably pretty great too! Lol! My hubby and I are pretty particular with how we like our food made, and we have always had bad experiences ordering to go from just about anywhere where in town!! Granted, I know we like our food made differently than what's normally on the menus, but most places don't read everything back to you to make sure they have it down right before getting off the phone with you and putting in the order... And then there's the ones that obviously aren't paying attention to you while on the phone because they are helping someone else in front of them too... Your stuck hoping that they made it right when you get there and heaven forbid you forget to check it before you leave... But even with our borderline ridiculously specific requests, substitutions, subtractions, and additions, they always get it right and it's cooked to absolute perfection! They actually take the time to read back your order to you and sound focused on you as the valid customer you are! This IHOP proves that good customer service can be done! Thanks guys and gals!
