McDonald's

I went to McDonald's on Blanco and West Avenue in ordered the two fish fillet sandwiches for $5. We ask that one of them not have tartar sauce on them because my wife is allergic at the window we were reassured that the one of them did not have tartar sauce so we didn't check it. Well wouldn't you know when we got home both of them had tartar sauce. We we called and spoke to one of the managers there and he assured us that we would get one at no charge next time we go. These kind of mistakes should not happen especially if you're told that it was done that way.

I'm not a big fan of fast food, but in a pinch the breakfast has always been good, and for any other time I generally get the Fish sandwich with fries of course. This restaurant is kept very neat, bathrooms have always been clean, and The folks that work there have always been polite.

Atmosphere is nice for a McDonald's, and service was reasonably paced, although personally I find it kind of rude that there is a no loitering sign near the soda machine that says to keep meals under 30 minutes.

Injury to insult the fries were a bit undercooked, just a little warmer than room temperature, and the burger was overcooked, almost to the point of being a little burnt.

Mickey D's on Broadway, got the new mushroom and Swiss burger with the onion strips, fried strips were cold and definitely not fresh and barely any mushrooms on it. Took it back in spoke with manager she replaced it second one they forgot the sauce but it was still good. at least a manager tried to make things right which is more than I can say about other places nowadays. Kudos for effort.
