    Excellent Customer Service ! But need more cleaning.
    Yesterday, they took the order and when later realized that they were out of expresso, the lady apologized, offered me a free drink of my choice and even gave a coupon for next time. That is a great sense of how to make a customer happy even when you can’t get him what he wanted!!
    My son loves to go there often and these guys always delight us with not only their product but with also how they treat us.

    Need improvements on cleaning + slow order delivery. A weird smell UN-Welcomes you when you enter. I think they need more cleaning and air freshener.

    I like the large open feeling to this store. Service was on the slower side. Though, I have been having this issue at many other locations as well. They did have a trainee the night I went. So I will cut them a little break as I understand that can tend to slow things down a tad.

    I showed up 30 til closing and they appeared to be fairly clean. The staff was friendly. I will be back again.
