Casual Bar and Tacos made to order. The counter service was helpful and friendly. We ordered the Maja Beef Fajita and Colado Taco and the Toro Arrachera Burrito which both came with cheese on the outside. The Colado (cactus) mixture had a good flavor, and the burrito was filling. Both menu items would've tasted better with grilled cheese, not burnt, and an optional mixture of chopped onions and cilantro on the side. I was surprised to find a 3 liter yard beer at this establishment.
Amazing tacos! Great service! Certainly with a unique flair and flavor! I’ll be back! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Very casual place.
Really good tacos! The best thing is that there is no tex max here! Micheladas were also good and service too! We’ve been two times and with a queso flameado and two Tecos each is more than enough, we always get super full and we are big eaters. My only thing is I wish they didint put the chicharrón as a garnish on most items, but that’s an easy fix I’ll just ask for it off or on the side next time to fit my personal preference.
I saw they just opened and wanted to give it a try, I love the ambiance of the place. Came in and was Greeted right away, the food is amazing and I’d say worth the price. I talked with one of the owners and he explained the process of making these authentic Mexico City’s tacos, Tried their cecina and it was very good and really juicy. Staff was super nice and helped me with questions I had over the menu. I recommend it a lot !
Good food and nice vibe! From our first visit I would say the only thing missing from the authentic Mexico City experience is the prices… this ain’t no taco stand 🤑 but the food is good and the service was as well. For the connoisseurs, the tortillas where good but short of an authentic nixtamalized corn tortilla The tacos campechanos are a must! The michelada con Clamato was good as well. I have always thought of this corner suite in this strip mall as condemned, watching every restaurant and business in it since Moe’s sit empty and eventually move out. I hope this is the one that sticks around for a good while.
One last comment, I LOVE that the top suggestions are not the standard 18% 20% 25% as you can see in the last picture… it may have been a glitch because they seemed low but while I support a good tip for good service, I don’t always appreciate the entitlement of some establishments (right Crumble?)
