(January 14, 2019, 9:29 pm)UPDATE: I was offered a coupon to try the service once again since my experience was bad. I received this order promptly and hot. Very different experience. Unfortunately this was not consistent example of service. I have ordered a half dozen times since and have received wrong orders (which they then bring mine cold), burnt orders (literally black & smells like fire), and sometimes wait an extensive amount of time to receive. When I am able to carryout, I usually carry out from another store.
ORIGINAL: Online order for a med pizza said I would get it in 35-45 minutes. I'm pretty sure if I didn't call after an hour I would still be waiting for it now, considering all the confusion I heard on the phone and the fact that I was told my order had been ready. Domino's next time. -
