Brickyard BBQ

Brisket and sausage were really good, also had potato salad and cream of corn. I had a sample of the apple crumble dessert and it was delicious!! It is very clean and I love the rustic wooden walls and counter. Friendly, nice and courteous staff.

I had the brisket and sausage. Both were delicious! The brisket was tender and flavorful. The sausage had just the right spicyness and wasn’t greasy like other places I’ve had. It’s obvious they put a lot of thought and care into the preparation of their food. The owners were exceptionally friendly!! Overall an awesome dining experience!!

It was a very awesome and tasty experience! Great customer service and awesome awesome food! Great portion sizes and everything is made in house. It’s an amazing place.

I've been waiting for a BBQ restaurant in the medical center for a long time. I work within walking distance of Brickyard. I came in last week and was greeted by the friendly staff. I ordered a bit of everything and was happy with everything. From the meats to the sides it was delicious. I told the staff as I was leaving "I'll Be Back" (Arnold Schwarzenegger).

I work at the UT Health Science Center and went to Brickyard BBQ for lunch. I had the Brisket Sandwich combo with cream corn and it was amazing. The chop brisket was mouth watering and the corn was not thick, clumpy or too sugary. It was just right. I will definately be back for more. Finally, a real BBQ spot in the Med Center.
