Torchy’s Tacos Med Center

This has to be the nicest Torchys I’ve been to so far. Nothing compares to the wonderful chaos of the Rice Village location in Houston ;-) but wow the view outside at this location is wonderful, and there’s lots of space inside too. I got the Baja shrimp taco because it’s one of the tacos that doesn’t make me feel bad afterwards. The taco was very filling.

Ordered chicken and had funky smell and taste, took back for refund and informed new rub implemented, refunded order without hesitation though therefore 5 star refund.

I ordered food to go the service is great and the staff are really good. Love the decor and atmosphere

Loving the new location ! If you’re looking for a nice sunset, you can catch one from their patio. We went on the 3rd day they were open and they had excellent service. Shout out to Darby (I think that’s how you spell it) snd the other bartender working with her on National Margarita Day. They did great! Joe, one of the managers, was walking around and asking people how they were. I admire that. I think leadership is super important. With that said, the bar manager (from what i gathered) could use some toning down. I understand she was guiding the bartenders but she had a demeanor that she had do show she was the boss. There were some guidance and direction given that probably shouldn’t be said in front of customers. Just an observance. Overall, it’s going to be our new hangout! Love it!

Really good food in a great, centralized location! Clean establishment, and ideal setup for a good evening out with a couple of friends. They have their alcohol selection, the food was good (Republican, Democrat, and Corn in a Cup), and the music was really reminiscent of a legit weekend evening. Fun place, and beautiful patio. I hear of plans for some live music every more and then too... :D

Also, let's be honest, albeit their official Grand Opening occurred during the snowy winter storm, they instead offered out free tacos for those out embarking in search of a warm meal. These guys are legit.
