Mama Margies Mexican Restaurant

I stopped by here for breakfast. This restaurant is a well established with a drive thru and all, and, in my opinion, is a genuine Mexican restaurant. Tortillas are cooked in open view behind the counters. Service is prompt, the workers are friendly, and the food was delicious. Would definitely dine here again next time I visit this city.

I love that particular location. The service is fast. The employees are so customer friendly. I've never had an issue with either my food or service. Great job for both management and team. I'll continue to go there to that location, simply for just that. Great food, made fresh and fast, and also, Very attentive, friendly staff.

This place is another San Antonio gem. Great food in heaping quantities for dirt cheap. It’s got the vibe of a chili’s meets Taco Bell, very down to earth, but you could probably care less when munching their nachos past midnight (and we’ll into the AM) under the bright fluorescent lights. Not to mention, unlimited chips and salsa from the ice maker converted into a chip storage unit and a big salsa bar. No matter what time you go, be prepared to see San Antonio’s finest, a traveling baseball team, a family reunion or two as well as some birthdays. Don’t worry, all the traffic won’t slow down your order. It will be our before you know it.

Have been to this location at least 3 times a week for the past 2 weeks and Robert in the front (morning shift, older gentleman) is always happy and friendly with customers. Robert is also well spoken and well mannered. I also once ordered with the cashier next to him and by the time I'm done ordering, he already has my drink ready to go, which means he's aware of his surroundings and paying attention to detail. He is also a team player helping others on the register. Great guy and definitely needs kudos! Thanks Robert!
