Great authentic Italian food. Great meal, an extensive menu & great red wine list. Save room for dessert, a wonderful selection of options. They food has such a great presentation. Solid service., awesome prices, and delicious food. Highly recommend

The food was excellent but the waiter was definitely agitated with having to work for a living. When my wife asked for silverware he slapped it on the table and became agrivated with an elderly lady that he had to walk around. Since this restaurant was an out of the way "Try a new place" I most like will never spend my money here again. The food and the other waiter that helped us is the only thing that saved it from 2 stars. Without that disgruntled waiter I would have given it 4 stars

Today was my first time here. I have driven past here hundreds if not thousands of times and never stopped. Today I brought the family, and it was an excellent experience. Let me start by saying that this customer service can not be beat! There is a man they call "Uncle Larry" , I was completely blown away by his customer service. He welcomed us, checked our table multiple times. most importantly, I saw him shake hands with multiple and thank them for coming in and welcomed them to come back again. Absolutely wonderful experience. Food was good too but nothing beats the customer service you will recieve.

I've only had pizza from Pizza Italia. Once it was delivery and the other was dine-in. Both times the pizza was delicious no complaints whatsoever. I have not tried any of their other menu items so I can't comment on that. The delivery experience was one of the best. My driver was very polite, nice and prompt. I hope the young lady (Cheyenne Harkrider) stays with Pizza Italia for a long time. The dine-in experience was good but could have been better. The reason I say this is due to the fact that they are short staffed. The manager was taking orders and serving as well and it was lunch time so it was rather busy. The prices are fair for the quality and taste of the pizza. One improvement that I would like to to see is the refrigeration of the bottled beverages. I had a 7-Up soda and it was barely cool. I don't know if the refrigerator had been recently stocked or if it's temperature setting is not cold enough. In any case, Pizza Italia is a good place for pizza and a drink. They have a large array of beers. I didn't get to have one since I was driving. Maybe next time though.

First, they are open until 11 which is a plus for me because I get out of work at 10pm. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is laid- back and cozy. All wooden tables. There are 30 beers on tap AND they have frozen margaritas!???? Food was hot and tasty. I ordered the meat ravioli and the marinara sauce was thick and didn't taste like tomato sauce. Full of herbs. Cheesy bread was tasty too.
