Mighty Oak BBQ (food truck)

KILLER grub, generous portions and great company! Definitely recommend hitting them up even if you aren't staying for the bar!

Brisket tacos awesome

Stay away from nachos, an sausage. Plates are kind of small for 20$ 2meat. (compared to Bill miller size.)
Nachos come 99%broken an sub par to theater nachos.
Sausage looks dried out an shriveled.
Mine went to trash where they belonged.
But have been there a few times now an Tacos are the way to go.
The bbq brisket tacos are great.
I always tip well an review fair. An since I usually tip before getting my food.
I tend to believe, that should lead better expectations in the food but this is not always true.

In honesty, if not for past tacos. I would rate lower on plate an nachos.

For the longest time I’ve been searching for an authentic BBQ restaurant in the 78259, 78258, 78260, 78261 area, and OH MY! These guys came through. It reminds of the smoked BBQ in my childhood. They also are on doordash, etc, and stay open late. Please try them. You can thank me later. I have Mighty Oak delivered at least once per week. Ribs , brisket, sausage (Kruez- for the authentic smoked sausage lovers), chicken ..Thank you Mighty Oak BBQ . You check all the boxes!!!!!

I ordered a bbq potato. It was soo good. The brisket was flavorful and juicy the potato was huge. It was so big I shared it with my daughter. I added sausage to mine and I definitely recommend doing that wow that sausage is delicious.
