Tomatillos Cafe Y Cantina

Food and service was great. Fajitas came out hot and sizzling. Our server was super nice and attentive. We went during lunch hour. The chips and salsa were amazing. But they charge for a second helping. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because they had little fiesta banner type flags hanging all over the ceiling. The ones over our table were super dirty and dust with visible dust bunnies hanging. One powerful gust of wind would have knocked those bunnies right into my salsa. Lol.

Food was decent, definitely a good price for the amount of food you get. Came on a Friday night so they were busy and didn't have enough servers. It took a while to get our drinks and we had to track down our server for a couple of things because he was so busy. Don't think this is our first choice for Mexican.

Service is excellent
Food taste is excellent but food is not hot just tepid. That's why 4 stars. They offer karaoke on Wednesday nights and specials. Parking.

This restaurant has an excellent lunch menu. The food is fresh and hot. They have a broad selection of enchiladas. The chips and salsa are delicious. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable.

Yummy Tex-Mex!!! We visit this place almost every time we're in San Antonio and it never disappoints. Located close to a few attractions, like the zoo and Japanese tea garden, make it an easy stop after a busy day. The place is decked out like a Mexican fiesta which makes dinner a little bit more fun.
