    The food is incredible and is definitely worth the wait. It is worth seeking out the food truck. We had the blackened fish plate and the loaded bowl macaroni and cheese with Drea's signature bacon. The bacon? The bacon is amazing! **Absolutely** do not skip the Front Porch juice. We almost missed out on it and thank heavens we did not! Will be visiting this truck again in the future! Sorry, no photos. The food didn't last that long.

    Some food is so tasty it is worth the worth. This is definitely true at Southern Grit. The lemonade pictured here is the sweetest I have ever had. If you crave southern extra-sweet tea you will definitely find this lemonade satisfying. Their sides are so flavorful that you may want to get the Bento box so you can try 3 of them. Get the Creamy Creole Mash, Grit of the Day and the Oh-So-Dirty Rice and you won’t regret it.
