    Most authentic representation of meat and tortilla I've had in San Antonio. After living in Los Angeles for 15 years, the bar was set high and this truck stands along side any LA Food truck.

    I judge a Mexican restaurant by their ability to create the perfect ratio of a chorizo, egg, and bean taco. This place nails it! Have had all items on their short menu and everything's been great. The street tacos are to die for. They recently added "Carnitas y Tosticarne" which is excellent. You'll have to ask them to describe it. :)

    Decent, I understand they're not aiming for the old gringo market, but no machacado or carne guisada was disappointing. I settled for a chorizo/egg & a bean/cheese. Still gooey nacho cheese was totally unexpected.

    Courteous staff and their Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo was the best I've ever eaten in over 60 years!

    El Bandolero offers fresh, and properly prepared authentic Mexican food with a great value for the price. My wife and I don't eat out often, but hands down this is our go to spot!
