Demo's Greek Food

My parents lived in Greece many years ago and since then I’ve grown up on a certain standard of Greek food. This restaurant consistently meets that standard. The staff is lovely; polite and expeditious with your food. The tzatziki isn’t as garlicky as it should originally be however the restaurant has accommodated for American tastes (meaning it’s has plenty in it and it’s very delicious). The building itself is beautiful and open and the restrooms have been clean every time I’ve been there.

This place was a pleasant surprise. A random find along our path in San Antonio. Great atmosphere and even better food. If you're looking for something unique, this place was great. A good mix for everyone. Even my 11 and 13 year old liked the skewers. Overall positive experience.

Serves a verity of Greek food. Dishes are freshly made to order. The restaurant is clean and appears to be constantly sanitized. Refills are free. Not suitable for very large groups, 8 to 10 group is okay. The place is quiet and the lighting is cozy and pleasant. There is no table service but tables are made clean and serviceable immediately. There is plenty of free parking and handicap accessible. Take out is available. Friendly service is mandatory. Great place to have small meetings and a bite to eat. Debit and cash are acceptable. You won't be disappointed.

Had the beef soulvaki sandwich with half a order of Greek fries. Everything was prepared very well and it was hot when I got it to the table. I was worried about the price when I ordered but the portions we're worth the price. I enjoyed the atmosphere and parking was easy. Only draw back I have (that I am not taking a star back for) is that the chairs are wood and become very uncomfortable after a short sit. If they change them to something more cushioned, I would be very very happy. I would recommend Demo's to family and friends.
