Bakery Lorraine at the Rim

Avocado toast fulfilling and delicious. Their hot mocha latte is tasteful and worth getting again. Their in house cup is a good size and gives you plenty of coffee to enjoy. They have cold brew available in one size cup. If you like adding syrups in your coffee they can if you ask. Creamers, sugars and silverware available at all times when you need one. Their pastries are bigger than the average. Plenty of tables. Hand sanitizers available at every table. Good music. Love it! Will be returning!

The food is delicious — if that’s all you care about them go for it. Unique breakfast dishes and well baked pastries. Espresso is good too. Service wasn’t great, just unfriendly and seemed like we were bothering the staff when ordering.

Poor service. When I walked in I noticed the temperature was unusually cold - it felt like someone accidentally set the thermostat to 50 overnight. I mentioned to the woman at the front desk “Wow it’s quite cold”. She very curtly responded “You’re fine”. I was so surprised I assumed she didn’t realize how rude she was. I explained “Well I just you I’m cold and you responded by telling me what I should be feeling, and that doesn’t make sense to me”. I received no response and nothing but an entitled attitude when I ordered.

When I received my order I took it outside, and the customers there told me they were treated very rudely as well.

I know that staff is hard to come by these days but I can’t imagine any decent manager allowing for such terrible treatment of customers. The food was good, hence the 3 stars. However the service was so terrible I personally will not return. There are plenty of other good restaurant options in the same area. I don’t recommend dining here.
