    Best Bakery in San Antonio. I, too, am excited to see La Panadería open on the far Northwest side close to where I spend most of my time. We were greeted by the owners José and David Cáceres when we stopped by for a take-out order! The bread and pastries (most a very successful French/traditional Mexican fusion) were absolutely fresh, and one of our favorite entrees--the carnitas platter--was at or above the usual excellent quality. This regular customer will be even an more frequent patron in future.

    I’m delighted that La Panaderia has opened him La Cantera. Same delightful food, coffee and cheerful service as their downtown location
