First time visiting Bowler, the facilities were clean and they have a lot of variety!! We ordered the loaded fries with steak and they were delicious! The only downside is that they were trying to charge me for 2 games when we only played once and the manager acted super unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars it’s because Cory made a great job resolving this issue, thanks Cory! You made our night
Truly my favorite bowling alley in San Antonio! This place has it all. Full bar, tons of games like pool, arcade stuff, etc, AND they have like 50 lanes for bowling. I’ve never had to wait! The food is good too!
Came for some cool afternoon fun out of the sun. Had a great time. Great service. Had pizza and mozzarella sticks. Food was good- predictable. Brought the kids, plenty of lanes, family oriented. Definitely will be back. Small arcade.
Bowlero rocked for my daughter's 8th birthday party. The Bowlero team made everything seamless and quite the experience for 6 little girls who enjoyed bowling to the max. It was a bundle birthday package and I highly recommend. We were served pizza, chicken strips, french fries and 3 different drinks. My daughter liked this more than any of the trampoline options out there as well as the friends and family.
We had fun at bowling and arcade, but the shoes were all torn, the bowling balls were all cracked, and the holes were super dirty. I had to wash my hands twice because my hands were super dirty. I'm so glad that I found some discounts on Groupon; if not, it wouldn't have been worth it. Customer service was great, though. One of the cards I bought didn't work, and the manager replaced it without a problem. I should have taken my clorox wipes.
