Bunz Handcrafted Burgers

I recently visited Bunz in San Antonio and I can confidently say they have the best burgers I've ever tried. One standout feature is the option to add a fried egg, which is my favorite way to enjoy a burger. The manager, Steve, is exceptionally friendly and always ensures that my friends and I have a pleasant experience. He consistently checks to make sure everything is to our liking. To top it all off, Bunz offers the best pretzel Nutella shake I’ve ever tasted! Without a doubt, Bunz is my favorite burger spot, and I feel sorry for the competition.

The cashier could have been new, but she didn't know much and couldn't suggest help. She wasn't rude or anything though.
I asked for my Burger well done since they cook it medium and it was still pretty raw/red.
The quality was decent, but nothing great. The buns where the best part. But that IS the name sooo...

Such an amazing experience! The customer service was immaculate, as well as the speed of service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so cute and homey. And the food was so delicious! You could tell everything was made fresh in the kitchen; the fries were so light and crispy like soft potato chips and the burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I will def be coming back soon for more food and to try some of their beer selection can't wait!

What an awesome an upbeat place for a super delicious burger. We were greeted and informed about the menu and different options from multiple employees! The music was a total plus that added to an already comfortable and cozy joint. The time from ordering to being served was very short. The food is served hot and actually stays hot. So yourself a favor and order fried pickles, onion rings and basically any burger off the menu. My kids and I really enjoyed the ambience of this location. We will definitely return! Thanks to the staff and cooks for knocking it out! 👍

I’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened. I got a burger meal added bacon it was $15, my husband got the same and it was $15. My husband also got a chicken sandwich and it was $14 by itself a little expensive but said it was homemade breading. The burgers were good but we both asked for well done and mine was very rare and didn’t get to eat it all as it was just too red in the middle. I’m sure it was fine as I didn’t get sick but when you ask for well done please make it well done and not rare. The chicken sandwich was crispy but flavorless and my husband didn’t like it and only ate about a quarter of it. The best part to me was the bacon and the fries the fries were delicious hot and crispy. Would I come here again probably not but if my burger had been cooked correctly I’d definitely be back. Loved the vibes inside even though our table was a little sticky. The employees were nice and service was good bit for $55 I expect a better experience.
