(July 26, 2020, 2:03 am)Brisket is good but not $30/pound good and their scales aren't accurate. Shorted me 1oz on my brisket. Yes, at $30/pound I weighed it on an accurate food scale. Probably won't be back at these prices.

(July 25, 2020, 8:15 pm)Taste is okay. Over priced for sure. Smoke shack has a better grilled cheese brisket. Also there were only three people that ordered in front of me and it took them 30min just to get this sandwich out. The other people did not order that much food for them to take so long.

(July 18, 2020, 9:18 pm)Brisket tacos were delicious. The brisket itself was tender, juicy and flavorful. The grilled cheese is decent. Pretty much standard prices for a food truck. We will be back.

(May 20, 2020, 11:42 pm)Overpriced food. My Mac and cheese was just Mac (no cheese) and didn’t taste as great as the pictures looked. The pulled pork is very good from the tacos I tried, but I wasn’t impressed with the brisket I had a hard time biting through in my taco. The green Chile was tasty. I do like the idea of bringing unique items to the menu, but it’s a mixed review because the food definitely looks better on the pictures and videos than it tasted to my boyfriend and I.
