    Amazing authentic Mexican food. 5 stars does not do it justice, every bite is delicious, fresh and high quality. Chef Jaime is extremely talented, & detailed on how he presents his plates, he definitely puts his all into these dishes. I tried the tripas tacos & tacos al pastor, they were the best I've EVER had, definitely worth the drive from HTX, & his burgers are just as great too. Him & his team know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.
    I will definitely keep myself posted to see where he is staying next time I visit San Antonio !

    After visiting Mexico, I was on the hunt for authentic pastor tacos. A few days later, La Fonda de Jaime popped up on my FB feed. After looking over the profile, I needed to try! Went to pay them a visit at The Block for some pastor and birria tacos...and was hooked after that! Anytime the truck is nearby, I will be there! Each time, I have tried something different and have not been disappointed! La Fonda de Jaime is A-MAZ-ING! Looking forward to what's coming next!

    The food truck is owned by our good friend Jaime and we went to go get some food, because he had a pop up at our tattoo shop. This food is some of the best Mexican food you can get ! I definitely recommend you make the trip to his truck from wherever you are !! You will not regret it !

    I absolutely love this place! The food is always so fresh. The fish tacos and tacos de pastor are phenomenal. The quality of the food is always delicious. Jaime and his team are the best in San Antonio.
