Got this in front of Starlighter on Fredricksburg. Pop up shop but they do have a food truck. Had pancit, lumpia, and wings. It was one of the softest lumpias that I've ever had. The people here were amazing and served up some of the best food ever. If you can make it or find the pop up go to it.

Great food, the food truck has moved around a bit but the quality never changes. Follow lumpiasrollin on Instagram and she will announce what special dishes she has. I have tried a soup and wings that were both amazing.

I gobbled the lumpia and crab rangoons before I took a photo oh no!! Suffice to say: absolutely excellent. LumpiasRollin was recently recommended to me as the best lumpia in town and this little truck did NOT disappoint.

The lumpia has great flavor, very savory and crunchy. For sure this is the best restaurant lumpia I've had yet.

The star of the show was the crispy pork belly pancit because, hello, that sounds phenomenal. And if you think it sounds amazing, just wait until you taste it. With the addition of pork belly cooked to perfection and seasoned with love, this pancit is full bodied and extra filling. You have to get some!
