The kids loved this place but it was just so so. Nothing special and nothing bad. The place is clean and has a decent variety for dairy free, gluten free, and sugar free.

Super great yogurt place! The staff is super sweet and the owner is very nice and helpful, I got the chocolate cup with strawberry bobas and chocolate cookie dough. I loved it and will come again!

We love Madeleine and the great service we always receive. Such a great place for yogurt. I love coming here every time. So yummy!!

Revision: I have decided to revise my original review since I don't live in San Antonio and unable to visit again. The owner went of her way to make it right. That's worth 5 stars!

I can assure you that I'm not confusing you with another yogurt shop.To be fair employees were friendly, the atmosphere was is great and toddler friendly. But however the yogurt was an absolute disappointment. Bought multiple flavors for my niece and nephew and they ate less than 10% of yogurt. Immediately discarded mines, which was the vanilla flavor. I'm not entirely sure if your machines were malfunctioning that day. I would focus on setting quality controls in place to prevent this from happening. In conclusion, I fully stand behind my one star rating because if I'm going to pay a premium for yogurt, I have a expectation that will be good. I believe that's a fair expectations.
