Starbucks

They are always so awesome to me here.. I'm not a regular Starbucks drinker but they always know how to help me and give me the best drinks I really appreciate that especially on my really tired mornings. Hey guys remember to always tip!!!!!!

Im so thankful for my mornings in this drive through! This Starbucks is THE BEST I have ever visited. The people that work here really love their jobs, and it shows. I have never passed through without being greeted so kindly. There is an older man that works the windows in the mornings, and he ALWAYS offers a warm interaction and radiates positivity and kindness! He is genuine and remembers my face! Stopping by here before braving the front lines of the medical field during this pandemic, is truly a highlight of my morning!

It was super busy. They had the buy a holiday drink and receive a holiday cup. Everyone was polite, cheerful, and had patience with our order questions.

I myself did not like the holiday drink I selected. I returned later to exchanged. I was surprised I was not given a hard time. I took my drink back without it being touched so they could throw it away for me and see i did not like it. I even offered to return the holiday cup back so I could obtain the flavor of my liking.

I was a bit hesitant to ask. Everything turned out well. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication they show to all customers. Especially, I was given customer service with a positive vibe.

This is my favorite Starbucks in all of San Antonio. It is the only one that is open till midnight. Second is that it's very nice to homeless people they do not care if we stay there all day as long as we are quite. Not to mention if someone is rude to us they will give us free gift card. When I get a job I plan on leaving a big tip for them.
